Live freely with less medication!

I'll tell you how, with my treating physician's guidance, I was able to discontinue my medication used for symptomatic treatment. Then it turned out that this built-in possibility within us can be useful for many other things too. And it costs nothing. Truly nothing.
Conditioned Open-Label Placebo

The method

This is a form of placebo use in which the patient knows they are receiving a tablet with no active ingredient, such as a sugar tablet, and still experiences symptom relief. During conditioning, the body learns that taking the placebo tablet is associated with pain relief, the unconditioned response. Over time, the placebo tablet alone can trigger the analgesic effect, even in the absence of active medication.
